Anyone on the 4 a day plan with fruits and veggies? I've been on the 5 a day plan, but am considering switching over due to hunger levels.
HOWEVER - one of the reasons I chose MNW was for ease of use - I don't want to spend lots of time in the kitchen or even having to think about what I'm making. It's been nice on the 5 a day - if I'm busy at home, I just make a shake. If I'm at school all day, I put little 1X1s in my backpack ready to pop in the microwave. If I'm bored, I just scan our recipe book really quickly, find one that looks appealing and easy, and can typically have it cooking or ready in a matter of minutes.
How is it working with fruits and veggies? Are there different recipes? Are you cooking veggies completely separately (and dry, without oil)?
Any tips, thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated!

I am on the 4 a day. I am not one to cook that much, so what I have done so far is eat a lot of raw veggies. For lunch today, I have a cup of carrots, but sometimes I bring an additional veggie.. Sometimes I cut up celery, or cucumber. Then I usually bring some salsa to dip it in. Really, no prep time at all. Then for dinner, I try to cook something, like broccoli. With the broccoli, I broil it with salt and pepper and a touch of olive oil.
