All I have to say is, it really does taste like a cinnamon roll! I'm not a sweets person in the morning, so this is a late night dessert treat for me, but wow - I encourage you to try it if you have a sweets tooth. From the Week 1 recipes.
Cinnamon Roll Shake Calories per serving: 168
1 packet vanilla MR 1/2 tsp cinnamon (3 cal) 1 tsp Butter Buds (5 cal) 1 packet Splenda or other artificial Sweetener Add water and ice for desired consistency. My ratio of water and ice is always about 6 oz water and 5 ice cubes. Makes it thick and creamy, not watered down, but thoroughly blended.
