I am happy to report that I have lost 5% of my initial weight. Yay! I appreciated the weight loss tracker Lauren sent us, but I had already developed my own that shows me my weight loss, calculates METS, and has little signposts that I'm making progress - percentage of weight loss, total weight lost, etc. There are enough signposts along the way that I should have a small, reachable goal every step of the way.
What are your successes this week, or thus far? I love hearing good news!
